This is the front unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

Sarah’s place was wonderful. The house is so nice and all the local shops are right there. The noise was real and to be expected for an urban home close to restaurants, but they did a great job with noise machine. Beds were super comfy. From someone who travels frequently and has stayed at hundreds of similar places, this one tops the list! Highly recommend!

The Greenbelt was so unique in its location and charm. The house was in the perfect spot for us to explore downtown New Braunfels. Do make sure that, if you're staying on the weekend, you utilize the white noise machine for little ones because there was a live dj playing late into the night. Overall, we would stay again!

This house was perfect for a one night stay in the center of New Braunfels! It was so close to all of our favorite restaurants and bars. We parked at the house and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! I would recommend staying here the location was perfect! We will definetly be booking with them again!

This a great location for anyone looking to enjoy Nee Braunfels. Downtown shops, restaurants and bars are walkable. There is an incredible taco truck right next the house I highly recommend. A truly incredible location and beautiful historic place to enjoy.
